The way I find out how to pronounce things is to put them into google like this:

Teresa pronounced Heinz

google.com

And you're right, according to the hits.

Maria Teresa (pronounced teh-RAY-zah)...

P.S. Actually, I really don't think that the RAY syllable is really pronounced as a long A, but has a touch of the short e in it.
