I think it was 20 against Aristide himself and his pet cat.

The point is, Bush and crew are caught in a big lie about the coup. It was a lie they didn't have to make since they have already said that premptive attacks are the greatest foriegn policy idea since lend-lease. Now they are stuck, they all have to keep feigning innocence while the vestiges of credibility and integrity slide through their fingers. What a bunch of dufuses.
