YP.Net Organized Crime Like Tactics

“Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent”

Isaac Asimov (1920 - 1992), Salvor Hardin in "Foundation"

The Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 defines organized crime as: "The unlawful activities of...a highly organized, disciplined association…”

One consistent characteristic of organized crime over the years is the threat of violence in order to sustain their enterprises. Stocklemon believes that officers of YPNT have used strong-arm tactics to maintain control over the flow of information about their company. This issue is critically important to the integrity of the public markets because the flow of information is what keeps markets fair

As discussed in an earlier report, YP.Net sent two “representatives” to the house of the webmaster of Stocklemon.com. While they were there, they made it clear that they represented YP.Net and Stocklemon was getting in the way of their business. After asking for the address behind the principal of Stocklemon, they left his house with the threat of calling the police. This is not the first time that YP.Net has used the tactics of intimidation in furthering their enterprise.

In May 2002, Pamela Thompson resigned as CFO of YP.Net. Stocklemon has uncovered a court document which is a disclosure statement from former CFO Pamela Thompson, who has since become a whistleblower on YP.Net. At the time Mrs. Thomspon’s husband was former NBA star Bernard Thompson, who was to testify against Tullo and Crane.

Dislosure statement #1

Mr. Thompson will testify to his knowledge of the allegations of embezzlement and theft by Plaintiff. Mr. Thompson will further testify to the contempt matter related to allegations during the period of June – July 2002. Mr. Thompson will also testify to the attack ordered by Plaintiff at a restaurant and surveillance of Ms. Thompson.

Stocklemon has received a quote from Don Reese, former Director of Operations of Yp.Net Mr. Reese tells Stocklemon.

“I did hear Angelo Tullo make indirect threats of violence against Bernard Thompson on at least three occasions while I was working at YP.Net. He said to me a couple of times that, “a baseball bat is a great equalizer” as he was refereeing to Bernard Thompson and the fact that Bernard is 6’6”. He also told me that he could also get “a few of the boys from Coury’s cold storage business to make sure Bernard Thompson didn’t get involved.”

(Dan Coury is a member of the Board of Directors)

As a whistleblower against the ongoing fraudulent and illegal activities by officers and directors at YP.Net, Ms. Thompson has been the victim of physical assaults that were ordered by officers or directors of YP.Net. Further, in attempts to dissuade Ms. Thompson from cooperating with Federal and State law enforcement officials, the United States Attorney’s office, the Internal Revenue Service Fraud Division, the Securities Exchange Commission Enforcement Division, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, officers and directors of YP.Net had Ms. Thompson surveilled and her children followed.

As Pamela Thomspon has quoted to Stocklemon on March 3, 2004.

“Since my termination from the Company and as a whistleblower, I have been assaulted, there has been surveillance of me and my children, threats and further I have been sued with claims that have no merits, simply put, I refused to be silenced. The YP.Net officers, directors, and their attorneys have underestimated me as a CPA and the perseverance of a mother of triplets plus one. These issues are documented with witnesses, which are a matter of court record in my pending litigation and monitary claims against YP.Net, Inc. which has not been disclosed in the SEC filings.”

The Raging Bull Message Board has been an interesting place for conversation about YP.Net. There has been one active poster who seems to be quite intimate with the company and also enjoys discussing the relationship between Angelo Tullo, CEO, and organized crime figures. This “poster” has used innuendo as a way to scare off any naysayers.

Boomer, you're just skimming the surface. Angelo Tullo is the nephew of Vincenzo Nicoletti, an enforcer for the Genovese crime familyback in the 1960's. Nicoletti was in Dallas the day Kennedy was shot. Two weeks later he disappeared without a trace while driving through Roswell, New Mexico. I risk my life by telling you this but...hold on!!! There's a van in my driveway! Now there's a helicop- (sound of struggle) - aargh! (moans followed by silence).

As Vincenzo Nicoletti used to say, "Disgraziato!"

Most recently, a poster has appeared under the name Stocklemonade. This is the same name the YP.Net assigned to a report refuting allegations made by Stocklemon. Again, this poster used the threats of violence to further his/her agenda.

watch your back

Stocklemon does not have a cadre of high priced lawyers used to intimidate. We do not have “goons” or “thugs” that work for us. Stocklemon does not have millions of shareholders dollars to fight our battles either. All we have in our corner is the constitution and the truth….and that is good enough for us.

We urge the US Government to please take action against YP.Net and its officers and directors. It is not enough that the company is putting its shareholders at risk through their unscrupulous business doings, but they are also using the threat of violence to stifle anyone who is might try to call attention to their diversion of funds to offshore entities.
