Ted, Frankly, I am tired of the Iraqis' whining. Let Saddam field their complaints.

How about we divide Iraq into two? One half will be under American influence and will be called "New Texas." The other will be under Saddam's influence and will be called whatever the heck he wants to call it. Then we'll let the Iraqis decide for themselves where they want to live.

I'm almost positive most Iraqis will want to become "New Texans." ;-)
