From my source (icbl.org): "At least 90,000 [US] antipersonnel mines were stockpiled in the region prior to the conflict.[Afghanistan, Iraq, 2001-2003]"
I'd really like to see how one spreads or scatters those 90'000 landmines and keeps careful records where they are planted.
