When gas hits 3 bucks a gallon this summer, it will be fun to watch all the whining enviros change their tune...

New areas need to be opened for drilling.
New refineries need to be built in this country.
The hodgepodge of different (often politically motivated) gas blends needs to be abolished.

Of course Kerry will use his wifes money to keep the yacht and SUV filled with fuel while he pretends to commiserate with the "little people" and blame the greedy corporations at the same time...

DMA,
If you were watching press coverage closely after Iowa up until last night, you would have noticed that the media slanted coverage favoring Kerry is the major reason he received so many votes. Busy Democrats(like other Americans) only saw snippets of news but whenever they did, Kerry's lurch-like face was the only one they saw. The report always was worded to the effect that "it's inevitable, the other candidates should just give up".
The media fulfilled there own slant to the story. I read that reporters travelling with the candidates were tired & anxious to get off the road. Maybe that's the reason that a candidate like John Edwards didn't have a chance....our national media is destroying Democracy--they've become the kingmakers & this time it was blatently obvious.
