If you want to criticize you
Again you seem to be a little mixed up, I wasn't criticizing. I simply was trying to learn why the tax cuts weren't front end loaded if they were enacted because of the 2001 recession. It looks like I asked the wrong person.

How would you have stimulated the economy after the internet bubble burst and 9/11.
One thing I do know is that I am not smart enough to be president and Junior isn't either. If I would have been president (heaven help us, I doubt I would be much better than Junior) and my economic advisors had convinced me that a tax cut was what the nation needed at the moment I would have made a tax cut that would have addressed the problem at that point in time. I wouldn't have tried to make them permanent while running up the highest deficits in history. America can't go on running up these record deficits while giving tax breaks to the rich.
