Bush will ignore most of America. He needs only to keep his base intact and use his obscene 200 million to attract independent fence-sitters. Who might they be? Well, just imagine someone whose decided to vote for the first time, even though they could have many elections prior. They've heard names in the news, have seen some faces, decided who they liked because of how they looked and all. But, overall, they don't remember much. A lotta Bush money is gonna be aimed at grabbing this bunch in certain key demographically targeted states. "Bring 'em on" might play well and be understood on the East or West Coast, but it gets confusing in a lot of the other parts of the nation. Rove knows this. Deep down, come election time, truth and justice have little to nothing to do with it!
