Some of your comments seem to come out of left field, so it is reasonable to consider the idea that they are not of your making.

That was an erroneous pre-conceived notion on your part!
My so-called "left-field" ideas are all my own. Folks who know me well say I am "generally well-informed", "full of surprises" and even "versatile". Maybe they are right.

I don't like any large city, and am just biding time until I can get to the mountains away from too much civilization.

If I may so presume to recommend, Costa Rica is the right place to go to.
