Obviously the Bush deficits trickle down to hurt students and everyone else. That report looks like a whitewashing to try and avoid responsibility. Except for honest conservatives like McCain the GOP does not want to talk about the 1.5 trillion in new defivcits they've created. It angers their base and gives the Dems ammo. Fiscal irresponsibility is a no-no amongst honest conservatives. Honest conservatives need to take their party back after Bush is booted back to Texas.
