The sector has legs of it's own. I am humbled and blown away by the strength of the ^rms. I called for a top two months ago.

Richard may correct me but if I may try to state his viewpoint it would go like this.

Richard would say that either higher interest rates will stall the bull market in reits or higher interest rates are but a mere harbinger of higher inflation in property values at which point higher interest rates will not stall out the bull until some type of cyclical bull market in property prices has run it's course.

If the market according to Ron Ansana is correct this market is telling us that property values have a ways to go.

HELLO ..........it appears it took the job report of last week to startle the yield hungry amongst us.........my closed end preferred{s} are taking gas day 2......thread good for another month...........JIM
