It is the pace of growth that is at issue. Pace of growth not growth. The pace of growth of jobs in countries like India and China with US capital far outstrips the pace of growth of jobs here in the US.

Time is running out. People go to vote in Novenber. Should not Bush have started to concentrate on the economy instead of in Iraq earlier? Besides, let us see sustained growth. What we are seeing now is the Chritmas bump in the figures which has happened consistently around this time of the year in years past.
