It's also true, however, that being an overreacting, inwardly scared, trying to prove something-wannabe, necessarily makes one a bad president during times of threat. It takes cool courage and real judgement under fire to make the right choices when it's either shoot and risk hitting the wrong folks, or wait and pick the right target. We know from his men that Kerry was cool and, according to them, always knew the right thing to do under fire. I was an unerring judge of how men would react to combat situations when I was in Vietnam. When I saw Bush get off Air Force One after it landed following hours of high altitude evasive tactics on 9/11, I saw a man that looked ready to panic and bolt. I didn't like that. There are two kinds of dogs that are dangerous; those that have unreasonable aggression and those that are scared. The scared ones bite the most and bite the hardest when there's no valid reason for it. Men are like that too. Just look at a few of your Republican brothers here who cannot talk about terrorism or 9/11 without whimpering, "KILL THEM, because what if they got nuclear weapons and blew up America." It's their answer to ANYTHING that might present a .00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 possibility of doing something, sometime, somewhere that might threaten them. The problem is that those types of risks are everywhere and we live with them everyday. In the long run by "biting" the wrong foreign bad guys all they do is INCREASE the odds that the thing they fear will occur. They increase the odds because they earn the fear and hate of more populations throughout the world, they lose the cooperation of those people and their governments and they expend manpower, resources and planning on hitting and then protecting populations that do NOT present the greatest risks. Let's save our bullets for the guys who ARE shooting at us instead of shooting at guys who were NOT shooting at us until we started lobbing shells their way. It's time we had an administration led by men with courage, wisdom and the ability to exercise good judgement.
