Orca, Similar stuff is happening in Venezuela, though that is mostly a class war, with Bush supporting the wealthy minority (duh!). Bush is not the first one to screw up policy with Haiti. We've never done very well on that entire island. Even The Dominican Republic has been a basket case due to our meddling. Both countries would probably be a basket case without our meddling. But, with it, the people will always have somebody other than themselves to blame for all their misfortune.
