Lol, that's a good rumor. Impossible to disprove, since the CIA doesn't identify its operatives.

You're asking me shut the barn door after the cows are gone.

But if Bush was working for the CIA during that time, and he has decided to keep that activity from the American public as their president, then I would say it verifies the notion that Bush cannot be trusted.
