If you reread my original post to you, I pointed out:

That I do not blame Bush for the recession. Even if Feldstein (a very political economist) manages to move the date, I will still NOT blame Bush.

The more important date is Nov 2001. It is the recovery that has been impacted by Bush's economic policies.
