I haven't been keeping up here. If possible please post a link to the Cow's NAV 2004 problems. I installed it the end of Jan. and haven't had any problems.

Thanks SIfkaJB

I was thinking of upgrading my NAV 2002 to Norton Internet Security 2004, as my subscription runs out soon.

I tried to order online, but could not get the transaction to complete, even after repeated attempts, using different credit cards, browsers, etc. And no good explanation on the site ("We're sorry, we are unable to complete your order. Error 30024003-0 Please contact Customer Service"), or from Customer Service.

So I went to Amazon to order there, which is where I read the reviews. Ouch!

amazon.com

Now I'm glad my order did not go through, and I just extended my subscription to NAV (which seems to be a different ordering platform, and actually worked).

The lack of support does not bother me. In the past 4 years I had only once tried to contact Symantac. And it turned out not to be a problem of the AntiVirus software. I like their product and I have not yet paid for it. Between March and May there always an offer to purchase and a full mail in rebate. As a matter of fact, the last 3 years I always pick up the full System Works.
