TigerPaw, Excellent observation. Among Bush's cronies are the people who helped to foment the Asian currency crises of 1997, and who subsequently bought "see through" skyscrapers in downtown Bangkok for 10 cents on the construction dollar in 1999, only to see the Thai economy rebound in a most lucrative fashion. Yup, the swashbucklers of old, the Francis Drakes, Jean Lafittes, Henry Morgans, Calico Jacks and Blackbeards of old would absolutely marvel at the enterprise of the Bushista Junta and its many-tentacled buccaneer network.
