yes, california has the best state sponsored university in the country. I went to UC Berkeley for practically nothing.

But that doesn't change the fact that the Blue states are subsidizing the rest of the country and that when things go south, which doesn't happen all that often, we don't have enough money to pay the bills.

I wish there was some kind of accurate accounting of how much california money was in that budget surplus that Bush looted too.
