Intc will do it every time- they dropped $21 a share one time and took Dell down 11 . Three hours later Dell was back up.

we are having a little debate in our house about INTC.

The 200 day moving average is at around 28.18. The (market) might have baked the news into the price. It might be viewed as it have been worst.
I view INTC at that price as a buy for a 9 to 10 month hold. IMHO
Then there are stocks that will give you more bang for your buck.
