Europeans Say Iraq War Raised Threat

But the real question is "has the Iraq war actually raised the number of terrorist attacks committed against Western nations"?

And that answer is, thus far, decisively NO..

If anything, it has DECREASED the number of attacks because Iraq is no longer in a position, or inclination, to sponsor terrorist acts, or training and support for other groups that would carry out these attacks.
