The problem is this IMO:

1. Find another case of mad cow anywhere in the US = terrible for the entire industry.

2. Original herd of about 80 where the mad cow originated = note yet found. Last count I remember was about 1/3rd.

3. Let's be like the UK and be ostriches.

4. Atkins = meat sales and prices wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy up. Who cares?
