Flawed source of info? You are very badly and sadly mistaken, Snarly wolf! Costa Rica is an exception! Unlike its neighbours, it has had no army ever since 1948! and nary was there any armed rebellion and bloodshed. It is the most advanced country in Central America and its health services are excellent. It is you whose info is flawed and you ignorantly put all Central American countries under the same tar brush. Too bad, so very sad. What a remarkable display of ignorance and prejudice by one who deems himself so wise and omniscient.<VBG> LOL! A real FKIA, eh! IMHO, they let you out of "there" too soon! Get back in pronto! and be sure you take your meds before you turn rabid and start foaming at the mouth!
