japan has been trying all week with somewhat minimal help from europe to boost the buck. obviously they cannot do it alone, even if willing....

hardly a betting theory, but were there to be a collective action.....

Well, since we know the nuumbers are done by ex-pravda apparatchiks, we also may surmise that lower LT interst rates are a sine qua non for AG and the gang.
