These numbers simply represent the TRADITION of subterfuge in gov't, sanctioned by professional politicians who now no longer represent the people, but the donor class.

The purpose is to deceive the sole source of all authority and legitimacy: the American people.

Here's one article of many: I think it can be explained that I believe 350,000 were dropped because they are not actively seeking employment(discouraged etc.)
