It has been very difficult for high tech and the leisure- related industries to bounce back. Thus, the element of simple re- expansion of key sectors has been less important in this recovery, and there has been more restructuring of investment and shoring up of competitive strength. As the effects of new investment are felt more strongly, and as businesses feel more like expanding rather than consolidating, jobs should come......
