No. I think they're primarily concerned with their own housekeeping. China? Once its economic condition becomes stronger we're likely to see a new China. Have we been preparing for this? Today, they're practically kissing Gaddafi and exaggerating what Libya actually had. You think the US went into Iraq to get the oil? What's wrong with that? Failing to get this it flexed its muscle (much like you advocate). Bush should have aimed his sights on both North Korea and Pakistan, instead of Iraq.
