I doubt Bush wants to address the job issue more than he has too, I don't see how it can be spun favorably. I guess he could propose more tax incentives, but the republicans in congress have had enough deficit spending as things are.

I don't think Bush is responsible for the job losses, anymore than I believe Kerry would give the terrorists carte blanche, but that's the way this election is going to be spun.
