Interestingly enough, the online equivalent of Fox News, the Drudge report, has not a peep about this morning's unemployment report. I see the Bushistas trotted John Snow out this morning to take a few questions about the numbers. He was not happy. But the most telling reaction is my longtime southern conservative friend who has two sons of employment age. His reaction is that he is going to vote Democrat this fall. I really can't see Bush getting re-elected at this point unless they manage to pull Osama out of their hat this fall and put more dollars in the pockets of middle americans..through jobs, not tax manipulation.
