A Kerry adviser said his proposed intelligence cuts were part of a broader proposal to reduce the deficit and that his goal was to reduce dependence on technological intelligence gathering and buttress human intelligence resources Kerry's own campaign admitted his votes in the 1990's designed to limit the CIA. Now they're just trying to excuse the votes as merely a means to cut the budget. Get your facts straight and stop being influenced by the daily DNC/Kerry spin. <g>
