Cheny is an embarrassment to the office and should resign now. He violated the law by holding scret meetings on energy policy with his corporate conspirators and he used government property to influence Supreme Court Justice Scalion. If John Sununu has to resign for flying to a stamp show this is far far more serious. Workers at the lowest levels of corporate America are made to take ethics courses while at the top of corporate America and now Executive government our leaders are demonstrating the lowest ethical standards. Ethics is best demonstrated when leaders lead by example and the example is for people to break the law and disregards ethics. Justice Scalion should know better than to accept a free ride on Air Force 2 while presiding a case naming the Vice President as defendant, even if it may be legal, which I doubt it is, it gives the impression of impropriety and unethical conduct. Justice Scalion should resign as well.

Kudos to the Martha Stewart jury for doing the right thing. We need to see all corporate criminals in prison as a lesson to return ethcis to every board room.
