Delays it being available, but doesn't kill it. They mention the possibility of a cash dividend, but it's clear they prefer selling the shell with cash and tax credit intact.

I don't believe they are doing a cash dispersal to the shareholders so value is up in the air I'd say.
.30 is merely an arithmetic deduction but doesn't necessarily relate to the real world outcome of this.
It should not be overlooked that the mm's have this by the short ones and proper free trading value may never be achieved IMO. BWTHDIK.
