Bush allowed 9-11 to happen. Kerry did not allow the Vietnam War to happen. Kerry saved lives in Nam. Bush failed to save 3000 lives. If Bush were honest, he'd apologize instead of promoting himself as a hero of 9-11. This is exactly like the air craft carrier landing stunt, a phony use of hero heros to promote GW the phony hero. What has Bush ever done in his ife which was heroic? Nothing.

Yes you are missing not just something but a lot. The grieving families and co workers of firefighters find Bush's taste in airing that for political gain as very offensive. How can he try to seek political advantage over the sorrows of people. It goes to show once again that he is insensitive to the feelings of the people whether they be people who are jobless, or people who have perished in the WTC attack. or those with healthcare.

Yes indeed, you folks are missing a lot, an entire nation and its feelings.
