unemployment rate gets to a certain point 25+
Hopefully, unemployment won't get to that critical level, but that is probably wishful thinking.

Don't worry it won't get there. Remember only the ones still eligible for unemployment are counted, not all the ones in the bread line. Using todays methods there probably wasn't even a downturn in the 30's.
