My wrist hurts, but I predicted this outcome. Violations of 18 USC 1001 are impossible to beat. She would have been MUCH BETTER to cop to four months work furlough and a guilty plea, which I assume was offered. Should send a message to insider traders, everywhere. Most people that I spoke with in the industry believed she would be found innocent, because the "crime" was so "minor".
