I will never vote to convict anyone on the testimony of ONE witness, who changed his story and THAT for a plea bargain ...

Whole thing was a fricking side show to restore confidence in the markets ... envy is such an easy emotion to generate.

Even if the story was true - I would not vote to convict -- she had no fiduciary interest in the matter -- she did not actively seek out the info that Waskal traded his shares --

she had 4000 shares for goodness sake -- it isn't even material. why are people so envious of the woman?? I don't get it ...

Look at the people who were harmed in this -- the shareholders of her company -- WTF did they do??!! I don't get it.

see who was the representative of the jury to understand why she was convicted - class warfare blind retribution and envy that is all.
