you ignore the fact that Ken Lay and all his buddies couldn't have done what they did without connections in both banking and with the politicos I guess all the folks who are crooks are going to be charged?? get real, Ray!! Martha was convicted on the testimony of one witness -- who changed his story -- THE VERY DUDE THAT GAVE HER THE FRICKING TIP in the first place. Her shareholders have been f*cked by the government and that selctively (NO I DON"T OWN ANY SHARES, EITHER) As I said there is one common denom here -- ENVY. Humans have a lovely knack of wanting to believe in others guilt while dismissing their own misdeeds. The whole thing stinks, IMO. Were I on the jury I would have voted to acquit.
