Yes, Ken, not to mention the standard policy of denying benefits whenever possible with the knowledge that the worst that can happen is that they make money off the unpaid amounts while the appeal proceeds, and the best that can happen is that the claimant is too incapable or too tired to fight them on the denial. It's an industry that tops its profit off those that need help the most.
