You're seriously suggesting that we're exporting jobs to India because they're blackmailing us with nuclear war? No, I'm not suggesting that, that would be ridiculous. We don't have much of a choice about these jobs going to India because India presents such an enormous cost savings to US companies so either they hire Indians or the entire business goes to India. But regardless of why these jobs are going there, the fact remains that as increase their standard of living they are less likely to start a nuclear war with their neighbor Pakistan simply because they have more to lose by doing so.
