The term is too loose in meaning to be useful. So all the millions of used car salesmen are sociopaths? How about other salesmen? The clowns I've dealt with the few times I've used Ebay? Not one of them got even close to the truth. As to his sexual life, he may have been cheating, but he was doing no different that millions of other Americans at that same time. These things don't rise to the level of impeachable offenses - "bribery, treason, and other high crimes and midemeanors" - and that's what the Senate said.
