The best you're talking about is a limited strike capability. And that by necessity will further distract from the current operations. In addition to the four Services, you have intelligence resources. Any significant military action will shift those resources away from Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, he would have to approach Congress for anything major. I suggest that won't be easy, even with a GOP Congress at this point. He's got no credibility. jttmab
