re: Probably really hurt she was on the SEC Board and should have been above perjury and obstruction.

I may be wrong, but I thought she was on the board of the NYSE for (only) a few months, not anything with the SEC.

Ish, as I understand it, her CRIME was obstructing the SEC and Justice Department for lying to try and cover up someone elses crime. They are very sensitive to that right now as they are going after a lot of Big Shots and are going to need the testimony of underlings to do their job. jdn
