<<How long can you store corn like that, Ish?>>

I have two bins that have driers and stirers. The corn is dumped out of a wagon into an elevator that runs off a tractor PTO. Basically an auger that carries grain to the top of the storage bin and drops it into the bin. A gas furnace heats the bin and the stirators move the corn around. Gets it down to 18% moisture and it gets moved to another bin. All cases gravity flow down to the elevator then up.

Now that's done the corn will be ok until next years crop comes in and I need the room. You can also "store" corn by buying calls. The right to own corn at a set price at a later date. All on paper.
