Bob, Thanks for the informative and interesting reply. Somehow I just can't quite get over how screwed up the naked capitalist model is. It is devoid of any concern for community, for stability, for respecting the carrying capacity of the environment, for spiritual values, peace of mind or satisfaction. I think that many of the 3,000 or so language groups that rampant and roughshod Anglo-American capitalism is threatening with extinction probably brought a lot more happiness and joy to their people than does our system of relentless exploitation of the natural world, each other and "the natives". I can't help but see the corporate model of reality as being a sick joke on humanity. Especially the toxic variant being foisted on us by the military-industrial complex.
