That guy needs a lesson from Sheila ........and a limo.

Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee of Texas yelled at a staffer who failed to reserve her a limo: "You don't understand. I am a queen, and I demand to be treated like a queen!"

That way, drunk, weird, or whatever, you make it home without a ticket.
