I think what this person was trying to say is that what are the chances Haliburton will come to justice for bilking the American people of Millions. Fraud and deceit no matter what should be brought to trial. Somethings are swept under the rug. I agree that MS is arrogant and she is going to be punished but not because she is a woman.

Dale, before you say it, I'll stick to stock talk on your thread and discuss this on another thread. I don't usually speak up but occasionally my tongue gets loose.

I posted on this thread quite by accident but should like to respond to Carl's reply to that post and ask, why do you make the word LIBERAL sound so pejorative... It's a wonderful word. Check the different definitions in the Dictionary.

AND IF YOU Want one LIBERAL who is outraged. ROSIE....

What bothers me about Martha Stewart's situation is not that she's convicted or probably going to prison but that KennyBoy Lay, Cheney, Bush (for Harken Energy insider trading) et al are still NOT convicted or even indicted.
All I can say to the government is go after the biggest fish first. And compared to what MS did these guys ruined the lives of many people... Pensions, Investments. She stole a little thing in comparison. Thank you.
