I agree Jim Sinclair's commentary is worth following.

If you have not read Nicholas Taleb's book 'Fooled by Randomness'--it addresses some of the topics that Sinclair discusses.

The author is a mathematics professor and options and derivatives trader who addresses the role of luck and chance in life and the markets. In his option trades he employs techniques to exploit the rare 'black swan event' which with the proper leverage can expose a trader to huge gains.

The book is informatively and entertainingly written. Here is a link below to further 'look into' the book's contents and also includes an exerpt.
