Just an update on my view of the value of the stocks in my 2004 Charity portfolio as related to my own holdings. I hold essentially all of these in my PA, but have made several adjustments since the beginning of the year. I have added more ELN since the mention of the Antegren early filing. Concerning SEPR, I believe the positive feedback loop is kicking in here (as was suggested earlier and discussed by Peter) and will continue, just as for ELN. Still holding SEPR strong. Still strongly holding INCY. I lightened up on REGN, as I now wonder how much will be spent on de novo Axokine mimics. I am waiting to see spectacular clinical results for any of the traps.

I am also watching AKSY and picked some up recently due to the weakness due to the Durus settlement/selloff. Thanks to a good friend for initially bringing this interesting company to my attention. I also like a couple of the pain specialty companies in here. Are we nearing a short term top in the biotechs. Amazing how strong we are here compared to the DRG, BTK and ^IXIC.

Since I work about 60-70 hrs per week at my regular job, I do not have enough time to perform more DD on this exciting industry. Remember, we are in the midst of a revolution in biology, and the market certainly individual stocks in this sector will continue to be a roller coaster.

Peter, continued thanks for running the best biotech value discussion forum anywhere.
