Or on the Americans and the rest of the world?

Oh, I wish I have the time to write more on this. But right now, I have to rush off to keep an appointment.

If you have been following the news about Iraq recently, you would have seen massive use of force or fear have failed very badly. And not only that. The use of fear on prisoners at Abu Ghraib prison was a disgrace and it has embarrassed America no end.
