Al Qaida leaders are still at large. Bush pulled 90% of our forces out of Aghanistan before catching them. He let OBL get away at Tora Bora. Bush let top Saudis and Bin Laudens flee the US on 9-11 without interrogation. Bush snubbed allies who could help us in the real war against terrorists. He stonewalled the 9-11 commission yet uses Ground Zero as a campaign set. Why? I'm not saying Bush hasn't done a few things I approve of, but why did he do the above? And what did Iraq have to do with 9-11?
